Tradecast Video B.V. uses cookies to optimize use of the Application. These cookies are used to store the User’s/Visitor’s settings, for example to remember the volume of a video. In addition, cookies are used to analyze User and Visitor behavior on the site and to customize the user experience accordingly. You can delete your cookies through the cookie management feature of your specific web browser.

The Tradecast TV Application may contain links to websites and/or services of others. Despite the care taken in presenting links to websites and/or services of third parties, Tradecast Video B.V. is not responsible for content of third party websites. It is advisable to read the terms and privacy policies of these websites before using them.

Your rights with regard to your personal data

You have the right to request the following:

  • access to your personal data;
  • correction of errors: your data can be viewed in your User’s unique profile, where users have access to and where users can correct their personal information.
  • erasure
  • restriction of processing
  • receive your personal data in a form facilitating data portability
  • if the processing of personal data is solely based on your consent you have the right to withdraw your consent. This may result in the User’s account being canceled if by withdrawing your consent we are no longer able to deliver your services
  • You also have the right to object to processing of your personal data;

We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand our users’ needs and optimize this service and experience. Microsoft Clarity is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g., how much time they spend on which pages, what links they choose to click on, what users like and don’t like, etc.), and to optimize our users’ experience. Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and other technologies to collect data about the behavior of our users and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in an unidentified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifier), browser information, geographic location (country only) and the preferred language used to display our website. Microsoft Clarity stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Microsoft Clarity is prohibited from selling the data collected on our behalf.
